XA students from the University of North Texas and Texas Women’s University who 

volunteered along with campus minister, Matt Liberio, at the annual AG National Fine 

Arts Festival in Orlando, Florida, August 2-6, 2021

RUI had an attendance of 408. Alex Rodriguez national training director led RUI. The first campus minister training was called the Institute of Campus Ministry and had an attendance of 10.

David Gable directed the ICM held in 1976. J. Edwin Orr, who wrote Campus Aflame, Dynamic of Student Religous Revolution, and an authority of the history of spiritual revivals among young people, was a guest lecturer at the first ICM. The name change ICM to RUI occurred in 2000, when our first female RUI director was Alica Chole.
